Job Title: Senior Sytems Field Engineer
Must haves: - 5+ years experience
- Strong on-prem server experience
- Engineering application and server automated responses to manage on-prem
- Active Directory
- VPN and firewall knowledge
Overview
- Role will be heavy on support. Level 2 escalations from help desk.
- Will be working on integration projects for acquisitions.
- Supporting on prem equipment and integrating it into the cloud. Cloud backups, etc. All azure.
- Examples include working with legacy software on a server and finding root cause at the server level

- 2nd= technical interview

Salary: $115k-$120k salary + 5% bonus, Comprehensive Benefits pkg
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement, and maintain M365 management and device management solutions using Azure and other industry-standard technologies.
- Collaborate with security and networking teams to ensure seamless integration and high-level security of systems and devices.
- Provide technical guidance and support for on-site infrastructure and server management, including installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
- Develop and implement effective monitoring and alerting solutions for system and network performance, security, and availability.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation related to system architecture, configurations, and standard operating procedures.
- Participate in on-call rotation to provide after-hours support as needed.
Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in system engineering, with a focus on identity management, device management, and Azure technology infrastructure.
- Strong knowledge of on-site infrastructure, server management, and related technologies.
- Demonstrated experience with networking concepts, protocols, and technologies.
- Familiarity with information security principles and best practices.
- Proficient in scripting languages, such as PowerShell or Python, for automation and configuration management.
